The Taekwondo Moo Ki Do (MooKiDo) Martial Arts school is owned and operated by the Extreme Budo Federation, Corp. Were a registered and licensed Corporation with the state of Maryland. The Corporation was filed with the state of Maryland on 12-30-2014.

The Extreme Budo Federation, Corp was founded by Thomas D Harless and Joseph Slonski. There are currently six board members (we are looking for two more high ranking Black Belts to become Board Members) and four officers. The Board Members consist of Sifu Clark Tang, Thomas D Harless, Shihan Dr. Brian Garrett, Shihan Terrance M Shea, Shihan Rick Beal, and (pending). The Officers are - President Thomas D Harless, V.P. (pending), Secretary (pending), and Treasurer (pending). Note: Several of the above listed individuals are in the Martial Arts Hall of Fame.

The MooKiDo Martial Arts school is also the Headquarters of the Extreme Budo Federation, Corp. Any and all correspondence for the Extreme Budo Federation, Corp should be directed to this school. Our address is on the Home page.
